1. Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide via UPS & FedEx Express.
Free Shipping Countries: Available for the USA and Europe.
Paid Shipping Countries: Applies to all countries outside the USA and Europe.
2. Shipping Times
- Linopress machine orders that do not require customization are shipped the next day via UPS or FedEx.
- Linopress machine orders with customization are shipped 4 days later via UPS or FedEx.
- For out-of-stock items, production is completed within 10 days before shipment.
- You can request custom-sized machines or different colors outside our standard sizes and colors. Please request a special quote at woodlinopress@gmail.com.
3. Delivery Issues & Return Process
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing recipient information, customer refusal, or any other reason, it will be returned to our facility in Istanbul, Turkey.
- In such cases, the shipping cost, return shipping fees, and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.
- For returned orders, if the customer requests reshipment, they must place a new order and pay the shipping fees again.
- To prevent delivery issues, please ensure that your address details are accurate at the time of purchase.
- To allow UPS or FedEx to contact you in case of emergencies, please provide a valid mobile phone number.

4. Return Policy
- We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Customized linopress machines made according to customer requests cannot be returned under any circumstances. Even if returned without prior notice, a refund will not be issued.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and must have their tags attached to be eligible for a return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.
- Each country has its own customs regulations. Products imported from another country or purchased from online stores may be subject to different taxes. If the customer encounters such a situation, they must immediately contact the seller or use the provided tracking number to reach out to the carrier and handle the customs procedures.
- If the customer fails to complete the customs clearance process and either abandons the product at customs or returns it to the seller, no refund will be issued.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
